Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2007, Arnaud Métayer-Mathieu joined DillenschneiderFavaro in 2010, which later became Hugo Avocats.
He’s been head of the Business Litigation Department since 2014.
Arnaud Métayer-Mathieu advises clients on a wide range of issues, including shareholder disputes, supplier and distributor relations, unfair competition, commercial leases, insolvency proceedings, as well as banking and financial litigation cases.
Arnaud Métayer Mathieu appreciates the diversity and factual richness of the cases with which he is entrusted and refuses to reduce them to legal issues to which a ready-to-use duplicable solution can be applied. He constantly strives to approach the cases with an inventive mind and from a cross-disciplinary angle to offer his clients an original, tailor-made strategy.
He has also taught courses in business and finance law and regularly gives lectures in these areas to professionals.
