Gersende Cénac was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2011.

Gersende studied law and economics and chose to specialise in business law, following a selective program at the law faculty of the University of Montpellier with an expertise in economic law, commercial distribution law and company law.

Gersende regularly publishes articles in various legal magazines and co-authored a book on customary law.

Before joining Hugo Avocats in 2014, Gersende worked in the mergers and acquisitions department of a major international law firm.

She likes to share her legal expertise and knowledge. She was a lecturer at the law faculty of the University of Montpellier and is a tutor at the Paris Bar.

Gersende volunteered for eight years as an appointed lawyer with the criminal defence department of the Paris Bar.

Gersende specializes in commercial litigation and criminal law.
